Get Started

Find Clarity. Build Stability. Feel More in Control.

ADHD can bring challenges, but with the right support, things can feel much easier.

Our coaching helps you create practical systems, reduce stress, and build a more sustainable way of living—one step at a time.

A clearer, steadier future is possible.

Why This Coaching Works

ADHD brains don’t need more pressure. They need clarity, structure, and support that feels safe and achievable.

Our approach is built around:

  • Clarity over complexity — simple tools that make sense
  • Strengths over shame — you already have abilities worth building on
  • Sustainable change — no quick fixes, no unrealistic expectations
  • The person first — your values, your pace, your lived experience

You don’t have to mask, perform, or pretend. You can show up exactly as you are.

Who This Is For

Our coaching is ideal for adults who:

  • Are diagnosed or suspect they have ADHD
  • Feel overwhelmed or stuck
  • Want routines that actually work
  • Are tired of trying to “fix” themselves
  • Want support that feels calm, kind, and practical
  • Prefer simple, real‑world strategies over theory

You don’t need a diagnosis. You don’t need to have everything figured out. You just need a willingness to explore what could be possible.

What Sessions Look Like

All coaching is delivered online, making it easy to fit around work, family, and life.

Each session includes:

  • Calm, structured conversation
  • Practical tools you can use straight away
  • Space to reflect without judgement
  • Strategies tailored to your real world
  • Support that builds confidence, not pressure

Between sessions, you’ll have simple steps to help you stay steady and make progress that lasts.

Access to work

The UK’s Access to Work scheme is a government grant that helps disabled and neurodivergent people get the support they need to do their job well. It’s designed to remove barriers at work — including those linked to ADHD, executive‑function challenges, overwhelm, and other neurodivergent traits.

Access to Work can fund a wide range of support, including specialist ADHD coaching, workplace strategy support, and tools that help people manage focus, organisation, communication, and workload. Many adults with ADHD don’t realise they’re eligible, even without a formal diagnosis. If your difficulties affect your work, you can usually apply.

The grant is not a loan. You don’t pay it back. It’s there to help you stay in work, feel more confident, and perform at your best.

Our coaching fits directly into the scheme as a recognised form of Specialist Support (Neurodiversity). This means Access to Work can cover the cost of:

  • One‑to‑one ADHD coaching
  • Workplace strategy sessions
  • Support with planning, organisation, and focus
  • Tools and techniques to manage overwhelm
  • Confidence‑building and strengths‑based development
  • Practical adjustments to help you work more effectively

We provide structured, real‑world coaching that helps you understand your mind, manage daily demands, and build sustainable habits that support your role. Sessions are delivered online, making them accessible no matter where you work or live.

If you’re applying for Access to Work, we can provide:

  • A clear outline of the coaching we offer
  • Suggested hours and structure for your application
  • Support in explaining how ADHD affects your work
  • Guidance on what to expect during the process

Once approved, Access to Work pays for your coaching directly, allowing you to receive consistent, specialist support without financial pressure.

Whether you’re struggling with focus, organisation, communication, or confidence at work, Access to Work can make a real difference — and our coaching slots neatly into the support they fund.

If you’d like help understanding the process or want to explore whether coaching is right for you, you can book a free clarity call.
