We exist to bring more clarity and stability to divergent minds. Life with ADHD can feel fast, loud, and full of competing demands. Many adults move between bursts of energy and moments of overwhelm, often feeling like they “should” be coping better. We believe no one should have to navigate that alone. Our coaching offers calm, structure, and steady support so people can work with their minds, not against them.
We focus on real‑world strategies that fit the person, not the diagnosis. Every client brings their own story, strengths, and values. Our role is to honour that, create space for clarity, and guide them towards sustainable change.

We help adults with ADHD reduce overwhelm, work with their natural strengths. We create ways of living and working that actually last to improve clarity and stability for divergent minds.
We keep things clear and grounded.

ADHD can make life feel complicated enough, so our approach is built around clarity over complexity. We break things down. We simplify. We help clients find structure that feels supportive rather than restrictive. Progress should feel possible, not overwhelming.
Join us and discover what we can do for you.
You’re a person, not a diagnosis. We listen to your story, honour your values, and help you recognise your strengths. Our work is ethical, transparent, and steady, giving you space to grow without feeling overwhelmed.
Our coaching is here to steady the noise, simplify the chaos, and help people build a life that works for them. We support divergent minds with calm, structure, and compassion — so they can move forward with clarity, stability, and a sense of control that lasts.

We coach humans, not symptoms. That means listening deeply, understanding context, and respecting lived experience.
Skye is the co‑founder of The Divergent Advantage ADHD Coaching and a neurodivergent ADHD coach, author, and former registered nurse. She is dedicated to helping individuals better understand their ADHD and create lives that work with their brains rather than against them.
Her path into ADHD coaching is rooted in personal experience. Skye was diagnosed with ADHD while working as a nurse, a period that gave her firsthand insight into the challenges of navigating environments not built for neurodivergent minds. After leaving nursing due to chronic pain and burnout, she shifted her focus toward supporting others through writing, advocacy, and ADHD coaching.
Skye’s coaching style is supportive, practical, and entirely judgement‑free. She views ADHD not as a flaw to be corrected but as a unique way of thinking that brings both challenges and strengths. Through The Divergent Advantage ADHD Coaching, she helps clients understand their brains, explore strategies that genuinely support them, and build systems that align with their neurodivergent needs.
In addition to her coaching work, Skye is also a children’s author. Her books aim to support young people as they grow, offering emotionally grounded, inclusive stories for both neurodivergent and neurotypical readers.
Across all her work, Skye’s mission is to help people feel understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.
Alison is a qualified ADHD coach, Co‑Founder of The Divergent Advantage UK, and Lead Mindset Coach for the Para Equestrian Foundation. She specialises in helping individuals with ADHD redefine how their mind works, guiding them from overwhelm, frustration and inconsistency toward clarity, confidence and sustainable momentum.
Her coaching centres on the belief that people with ADHD are not broken — their brains simply work differently. Alison’s approach is client‑led, strengths‑focused and grounded in a deep understanding of natural thinking patterns. She supports clients in developing practical strategies that work with their neurodivergent wiring rather than against it, particularly when navigating systems not designed for ADHD minds.
Alison’s professional journey began with NLP training in 2008, followed by formal coach training in 2009. Since then, she has continued to expand her expertise in mindset, behavioural patterns and human performance, integrating these disciplines into her ADHD coaching practice.
ADHD is also personal for Alison. She is part of a neurodiverse family that includes both diagnosed and self‑identifying members, and her lived experience has strengthened her awareness of her own neurodivergence. This perspective enriches her work and deepens her understanding of the challenges and strengths that often accompany ADHD.
Alongside her ADHD coaching, Alison has an extensive background in performance mindset coaching within the equestrian world. As Lead Mindset Coach for the Para Equestrian Foundation, she supports para‑equestrian athletes internationally, helping them build confidence, resilience and focus in high‑performance environments. She is also a regular contributor to Genius Equestrian and has worked with riders across the UK and beyond to overcome mental barriers and unlock their potential.
Alison’s coaching style is practical, insightful, trauma‑informed and deeply supportive. She meets clients exactly where they are, helping them move beyond a deficit‑based view of ADHD and redefine what is possible when they truly understand how their mind works.
Regardless of group size, the person always comes first.
We coach humans, not symptoms. That means listening deeply, understanding context, and respecting lived experience. We don’t push quick fixes or compare clients to unrealistic standards. Instead, we help them recognise their strengths, understand their patterns, and build confidence in how their mind works. If we feel that medical intervention is needed, we’ll push for it.
Our work is practical and rooted in real life. Tools only matter if they can be used on a busy Tuesday afternoon, not just in theory. We focus on strategies that are flexible, achievable, and sustainable. Whether it’s planning, emotional regulation, routines, or work habits, we help clients create systems that support their everyday life.
